Rein OE Quality Problem Solver Engine Oil Cooler Replacement Kit covers all Mercedes OM642 engines which suffer from the oil leaks as described in Mercedes Service Bulletin LI18.30-P-055434. With oil cooler, seals, gaskets, stretch bolts

Kit contains all the needed parts (including Nissen oil cooler) ensuring the oil leak repair can be performed successfully.

Eliminates the possibility of an incomplete job and tying-up a lift due to missing parts.

Updated viton seals and hardware are included to enable technicians to perform a high quality repair.

Kit contains two model specific exhaust manifold to turbo charger gaskets.

Rein Oil Cooler Replacement Kit

Rein Automotive OE Quality Problem Solver Engine Oil Cooler Replacement Kit covers all Mercedes OM642 engines, which suffer from oil leaks as described in Mercedes Service Bulletin LI18.30-P-055434. This kit includes a Nissens Denmark oil cooler, all seals, gaskets and stretch bolts needed to fix oil leaks inside the V of the engine. The leaks may have lead to Check Oil Level or Oil Level Low messages on the vehicle instrument cluster, decreased oil level measurements, oil puddles or stains underneath the vehicle. The OE, as well as our Rein solution, uses upgraded Vitom oil cooler seals to combat this issue when a leaking oil cooler makes a complete upgrade the sustainable solution.
