Building on extensive experience using reverse engineering to remanufacture steering products, CARDONE engineers have meticulously designed CARDONE® New Steering Gear Boxes to correct any original design weaknesses. All rotating and actuating components are properly hardened, ground and polished to ensure longevity. Each unit is computer spool valve balanced and tested at load to ensure reliability. Supplied with O.E.-grade seals, O-rings and boots, CARDONE New Steering Gear Boxes provide O.E. performance you can rely on.

100% computerized testing at load to ensure reliable performance.

All rack & pinion/gearbox units meet or exceed O.E. form, fit and function.

All rotating and actuating components are properly hardened, ground and polished to ensure longevity of the components and their respective seals.

Computerized spool valve balancing ensures exceptional feel and returnability.

Environmentally-friendly coating provides a clean appearance and prevents rust.

Supplied with O.E. grade seals and O-rings to provide optimal sealing performance and longevity.
