Building on extensive experience using reverse engineering to remanufacture steering products, CARDONE engineers have meticulously designed CARDONE New Steering Gear Boxes to correct any original design weaknesses. All rotating and actuating components are properly hardened, ground and polished to ensure longevity. Each unit is computer spool valve balanced and tested at load to ensure reliability. Supplied with O.E.-grade seals, O-rings and boots, CARDONE New Steering Gear Boxes provide O.E. performance you can rely on.

100% computerized testing at load ensures reliable performance.

All rotating and actuating components are properly hardened, ground and polished to ensure longevity of the components and their respective seals.

All rack & pinion/gearbox units meet or exceed O.E. form, fit and function.

Computerized spool valve balancing ensures exceptional feel and return ability.

Environmentally-friendly coating provides a clean appearance and prevents rust.
